Just signed up to the Woolfest fb page...
I seem to be the only man on there. Men and the world of knitting, eh? I thought that there was a revolution going on out there. It seems to be 'craft'. I've got nothing against craft as such but I'm just not interested in flowers and other such twee aspects of the scene!

Borrowdale Piece, August 2011
Went exploring the day after running Borrowdale. Kind of when over the tops following a really cool wall and then veered up a gulley, over Tarn at Leaves and then down a precipitous gradient on the other side. Anyway, found a really great wood with a waterfall and decided to leave an offering of Herdwick.
Fleece and Skiddaw
There is something alluring about the sight of these strands of fleece that hang around fields. They give me ideas... and we all know that that is DANGEROUS!. Cant wait to get over to the lakes, and i only came back yesterday.
